About Your Assessor

With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, I bring extensive knowledge and expertise to every commercial Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessment. As a fully qualified Domestic (DEA) & Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA), I have been carrying out EPC assessments for over four years, providing professional, accurate and reliable services to businesses, landlords and commercial property owners throughout Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.

I hold both Level 3 and Level 4 NDEA qualifications and am accredited with two recognised energy assessor accreditation schemes, Quidos and Elmhurst Energy. This enables me to assess a wide range of commercial properties, from shops and offices to warehouses and more complex commercial buildings.
